Donald Alfred Bright

Donald Alfred Bright, age 76 of Crivitz, WI passed away on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 at his home.

He was born November 20, 1937 in Wausaukee, WI son of Harvey and Jeanette (Beech) Bright. Don grew up in Amberg, WI. He was in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married the former Marian Arrowood Ryan in 1983 in Iron Mountain, MI.

As a young child Don would sit under a tree and watch the semi- trucks go by and said someday that is what I am going to be; and Don became a truck driver and drove for over 40 years.

Surviving are his wife Marian Bright of Crivitz; son Donald (Tina)Bright of Defiance, OH; sisters, Nancy bright of Crivitz, Alice Smith of Fond du Lac, WI, Bonnie (Harlan) Patefield of Grand Chute, WI, Doris (Gilbert) Bradtmueller of Fort Wayne, IN; sister-in-laws, Joyce, Jerene, and Mary Bright; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 step children, Jeff (Patti) Ryan of Pinehurst, NC, Mike (Susan Jacobs) Ryan of Iron Mountain, MI, David (Jennifer) Ryan of Dallas, TX, Kelly (Jesse Richer) Ryan of Kingsford, MI; 7 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his parents; 10 siblings, Harold, Richard "Dick", Dennis "Jim", Gerald, Robert Bright, Edna Belongie, Patricia Christianson, Betty Larson, Faye Rucks, and Verna Boatman.
