Ethel Cecelia Foster, age 80 of Panama passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at her daughter's home in Baraga.
She was born June 27, 1931 in Colon, Panama daughter of Frederick and Ester Foster. Ethel lived in Panama until 2001 when she moved to Baraga. She loved to read and enjoyed watching sports, especially the New York Yankees.
Surviving are her daughter, Olivia (Chubby) Loonsfoot of Baraga; special children, Julia Foster, Darrel Foster, and Ronald (Zuleika) Foster of Panama; brothers, Paul (Rosa Julia) Foster of New York, Anthony Foster of Panama; three grandchildren, Chris, Tony, Teresa; four great grandchildren, Riley, Taylianna, Delena, and Kadynce.
