Harold William Christensen
February 25, 1943 — March 28, 2010
Harold William "Sparky" Christensen, age 67 of Baraga, MI passed away on Sunday March 28, 2010 at the Mather Nursing Home in Ishpeming, MI.
Harold was born February 25, 1943 in Waukegan, IL son of the late Harold and Mary (Gerber) Christensen. He graduated from Waukegan High School. Harold married the former Linda Masters in 1983 in Baraga. He worked construction for Tribal Construction and Mleko Construction until he retired in 2007.
Harold enjoyed fishing and going to camp. He was a member of the Sons of The American Legion.
Surviving are his wife Linda of Baraga; son Troy of Connecticut; daughters Rhonda (Steve) of Wisconsin, Nikki of Colorado; step daughters Cheri (Kelly), Shelley (Scott), and Dawn(Verlinde) all of Michigan; sisters Joan (Roger), Carol, and Andrea all of Illinois; brother Thomas of Washington; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 10th at 2:00 pm at the American Legion Post 444 in Baraga. The Jacobson Funeral Home of L'Anse is assisting the family
