Joseph Patrick Drake

Joseph Patrick Drake, 68, passed away peacefully October 19th, 2012 at Stanton House in South Range, MI.
Joe was born in Crystal Falls, MI on February 27, 1944. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Ella (Kallio) Drake of L'Anse, MI.
Surviving are his sister Jo-Ann (Drake) Cartwright of Aurora, CO; and cousins Karen (Drake) Semke of Sheboygan, WI; Suzanne (Rampanelli) Bird of Northbrook, IL; Gail (Garbutt) Meyer of Pensacola, FL; and Robert Kallio of Appleton, WI, as well as their families.
A memorial service will be held at Stanton House on Friday, Oct. 26th at 1:00 p.m., led by Pastor Amy Terhune of the First United Methodist Church of Hancock. A luncheon will follow. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, L'Anse, MI. The Jacobson Funeral Home of L'Anse is assisting the family.
