Kevin Arthur Brooks, age 55 of Clinton Twp., MI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 18, 1962 in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. Kevin graduated for Lanse Cruese High School in Harrison Twp, received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technology University, and a Master’s degree from Detroit Mercy. Kevin worked for Ford Motor Co in Livonia and traveled to various countries for his work. He married the former Lori McFadden on September 15, 1990 in Skanee, MI.
Kevin enjoyed hunting, golfing, watching hockey, camping and spending time with his wife and children. He liked spending time at Higgins Lake and in the U. P.
Surviving are his; wife Lori Brooks of Clinton Twp; sons, Ryan (Mallory) Brooks of Clinton Twp, Zachary Brooks of Marquette, MI; parents, Arthur and Susan Brooks of Harrison Twp sister Karen Brooks of Harrison Twp; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation Saturday, June 17th 9:00am until 11:00am time of Memorial Service at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society
