Lacey Anne Rajala, age 30 of Chassell, Michigan was suddenly taken to her everlasting home on
Friday, November 4, 2022 as a result of an automobile accident.
Lacey was born September 19, 1992 in Marquette, MI daughter to David and Amy (Younggren)
Rajala. She worked in food service at The Bluffs, Quincy's Restaurant, and owned and operated
Lacey's Curbside Bistro in Chassell. Lacey was very spiritual and talked about her love for Jesus,
often saying, "Jesus is my home-boy!" She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in
Covington, Covington VFW Auxiliary, and the Baraga County Pool League. Lacey enjoyed
music, singing Karaoke, playing golf, and visiting her grandparents. She would want you all to
know that she was 98% Finn!
She is survived by her parents, David (Linda) Rajala of Covington, Amy Rajala of Chassell, her
three siblings that loved her unconditionally: Joe Rajala of Montana, Jason Rajala of Covington,
Jenna (Dave Bayer Jr) Rajala of Calumet; grandparents, Francis and Leona Rajala of Watton,
Shirley Younggren of Covington; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and her special Pug Cali-bear.
Lacey was blessed with many friends and some very special friends that had her heart and soul.
You knew what category you were in.
Preceding her in death are her grandfather Robert Younggren and great grandparents Howard
"Bub" and Irene Younggren. Lacey would remind everyone, "I was grandma Irene's favorite".
And she was.
