Linda Ann Draper

Linda Ann Draper, age 66 of Baraga, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 at her home with her daughters by her side.

She was born January 15, 1958 daughter of Thomas and Mary (Quinn) Lawson. Linda grew up in Onsted, Michigan and graduated from Clinton High School. On April 28, 1979 she married James Draper Jr. at Clinton Baptist Church in Clinton, MI. They resided in Baraga and owned and operated Great Lakes Specialized Carriers Inc, and she was the Secretary. While her children were growing up she also worked at Irene's Pizza for many years. Linda enjoyed puzzles, crafts, and watching murder/mystery shows.

Surviving are her children, Jeffery Lawson of Ann Arbor, MI, Stacey Pope of Jonesville, MI, Nichole Draper of Adrian, MI, James Draper of Palm Coast, FL, Carrie (John) Daniels of Riverview, MI, Heather (Leon) Brunk of L'Anse, Kristin (Dan) Draper of Marquette, MI; grandchildren, Miles, Reese, Piper, Darion, Dakota, Rylee, Cole, Jordan, Seth, Andrea, Devon, Kylie, Damon, DeShawn (Debo), Adley, Nathan, and Danika; great grandchildren, Jasper, Libby, and Jaxon.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Thomas and Mary Lawson; and husband James Draper Jr.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date. She will be laid to rest in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Obion, TN next to her parents and grandparents. Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
