Philip Henry Toler Jr., age 54 of L’Anse, MI passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 18, 1962 in Jersey City, New Jersey and grew up in Alabama. Philip was in the US Army and Coast Guard. He was married to Cynthia Williams Flores. Philip drove truck for various companies until 6 years ago when he moved to L’Anse and then worked at Pat’s Foods. He enjoyed bowling and working. Surviving are his son Philip (Kathleen) Toler III and daughter Heather Toler both of L’Anse; brother John (Deborah) Toler of Alabama. Preceding him in death are his parents; brother Henry “Woody” Toler and sister Barbara Toler. A celebration of his life will take place. The Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
