Robert Allen Stoll, age 98, of Skanee, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at his daughter's home in Tucson, Arizona.

Robert was born on June 5, 1927, in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Leland and Aileen (Flipse) Stoll. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II from 1944 to 1946. Following his military service, Robert graduated from Berkley High School in 1946. He was united in marriage to Shirley Jokella.

Robert was employed by Detroit Edison as a lineman for 40 years, retiring in 1987. In 2018, he moved to Skanee, where he made his home.

He is survived by his daughters, Tamara Windmill of Shelby Township, Michigan, and Melissa Stoll of Tucson, Arizona; his sister, Marjorie Merithew of Oakland County, Michigan; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Aileen Stoll; his wife, Shirley Stoll; his daughter, Kimberly Beaubien; his brother, Thomas Stoll; and a special friend, Delores Mervar.

A graveside service with military rites will take place on Saturday, October 10th at 1:00 pm in the Skanee Cemetery. Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
