Obituary

Donald Etalo Nacoli, age 90 of Mass City, MI passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Bayside Village in L'Anse, MI.

He was born March 2, 1931 in Amasa, MI son of Alfred and Lucille Nacoli. Don attended school in Amasa and was in the U. S. Marine Corp from 1951-54. He then went to Chicago and worked for Alcoa Aluminum until the plant closed, then moved back to Michigan and worked for White Pine Mine in White Pine, MI. After retiring from White Pine he moved to Mass City, MI and in 2000 he married Joanne Willis Cox.

Surviving are his wife Joanne Nacoli of Bayside Village in L'Anse; three step sons, Stuart (Bernie) Cox, Adam (Jennifer) Cox, Byron (Beth) Cox; step grandchildren, Cody, Tatum, Bennett, Rachael, Natalie; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Preceding him in death are his parents Alfred and Lucia; first wife Doris; siblings, Albert, Raymond, Harold, Jimmie, Inez, Angeline, Edith; three nieces, Gail Hendrickson, May and Diane Nacoli; and one nephew Danny Trepasso.

Per Donald's request there will be no funeral service held. Burial will be conducted privately by the family.
