We will miss John but will hold on to the many memories.   He was so dedicated to whatever he did and especially to serving with the Honor Guard.    He deserves a touching military send off.   I think he liked going to the Baraga Legion afterwards for a drink too !!   Thinking of your family during this difficult time.

Yes, in the spring there will be A memorial service at the Pelkie cemetary with full military rights. You are right, he was so proud of being a member of the Baraga post 414 american legion honor guard!  He was A great man and his passing does not even feel real yet!
